**Se nuestro proximo Performance Marketing Specialist**

**Objetivo**:
Rol clave dentro del equipo de medios, liderando el desarrollo de la estrategia digital, así como la activación de dicha estrategia, con un enfoque en México, pero apoyando a Centroamérica con mejores prácticas y orientación.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Comprender, personalizar y optimizar todo el ecosistema digital para cada campaña digital.
- Proporcionar información relevante sobre el resultado de la campaña para alcanzar los puntos de conversión.
- Aportar información sobre todos los aspectos de la planificación digital.
- Gestionar los plazos y los flujos de trabajo para todas las marcas
- Gestionar la creación, las aprobaciones y la entrega del viaje digital
- Realizar un seguimiento del progreso de los objetivos y plazos de los equipos

**Requisitos**:

- Inglés - Avanzado
- 5+ años de experiência en contenido digital y manejo de proyectos
- Título universitario
