**The team you will be a part of**:

- The Business HR team implements the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

Obligaciones:
Participar en definición y asegurar cumplimiento de Politicas y Procedimientos de RH

Administrar los procesos de Adquisición, Retención y Desarrollo del Talento en la Organización

Asegurar un ambiente de armonia y paz organizacional mediante una adecuada relación sindical

Establecer una cultura orientada a la Seguridad, Medio ambiente e Higiene Industrial

Administrar los procesos de Comunicación Interna y de difusión de Cultura y Valores de la Organización

Definir estrategias de compensación de manera que nuestros Salarios, Sueldos, Prestaciones y Beneficios sean competitivos en el mercado Laboral.
