**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as an advocate for each customer and ensure a successful resolution for every contact received.
- Respond to and escalate technical issues or questions.
- Meet personal and team goals related to quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
- Follow proper procedures to investigate customer requests, and accurately log the reason for contact.
- Offer alternate products or services offered at the bank to promote loyalty and improve each customer’s experience.

**What are we looking for?**
- 6 months of experience in Call Center role
- Retail banking or technical campaign (desirable)
- Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Schedule availability - Monday to Friday

**Functional Skills**:

- Excellent level of communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage contacts with a varying degree of complexity and difficulty.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle sensitive information securely.
- Knowledge and expertise within the banking or finance industry. (desirable)
- Strong empathy skills
