Responsible for providing quality legal service to businesses oriented to Nemak objectives.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Financing projects, such as bond issuances and credit lines
- All procurement contracts and collection disputes with focus on particularly complex cases
- Draft of yearly reports such as the sustainability report, notes to the audited financial statements, report to BMV.
- Mexico and global corporate secretary (excluding NSAB)
- Advice to day-to-day operations that are essential to facilitate the flow of the company's business processes.
- Increase involvement in Sales contracts and disputes,
- HSE issues
- Compliance functions

**Position Requirements**
- Master’s degree (Law and Master's degree required, LL.M.)
- Advanced English Professional
- At least 5 years of professional practice in corporate law required, either in a company or law firm
