The legal department provides an internal capability that is essential to the business. Main Responsibilities Advising in legal topics from our CEO to every rank in the HSE and Purchasing departments at Nemak Plants. Provide legal advice to all business units to assure that negotiations and transactions are carried out efficiently and with better understanding of the associated risks. Primary responsibilities Contracts HSE issues Litigation and disputes Liaise with government agencies and bureaucratic procedures Real estate administration Investigations and reports (i.e. on reforms to law) Compliance Day-to-day operations Position Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree (Masters Degree desirable) - LLM preferred Experience: At least 3 years of professional practice required in companies or law firms.
