E-commerce Strategy Manager

**About the role**:We are currently seeking a highly communicative Account Strategist with experience in e-commerce marketing who is well-organized and looking for the next step in their career. We are seeking an individual who is results-oriented and passionate about e-commerce marketing, helping small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) grow their operations, and advancing in the professional landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns for e-commerce sellers
- Ensuring the internal team has all of the information needed from our clients for the strategy being implemented
- Developing reports for all strategies & services being executed for our clients
- Creating and strategizing marketing campaigns for e-commerce sellers
- Conducting regular client meetings and assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize strategy performance
- Helping us develop and grow our Account Management Department
- Ensuring that all marketing strategy documentation, including project plans, briefs, change requests, and status reports, is accurately maintained and up-to-date
- Working closely with internal teams, including department managers, contractors, etc., to ensure that strategies are being executed as discussed with the client.

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced English (C1,C2)
- 5+ years of experience in an agency account strategist/management role
- 8+ years of general marketing experience
- Strong background in e-commerce marketing (3+ years)
- Experience using Amazon, Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot, WordPress, and other e-commerce-related platforms
- Understanding of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
- Solid experience with full marketing teams and/or campaigns across multiple strategies

**Soft Skills**:

- Incredibly organized and attentive to details
- Is accustomed to working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Has the ability to work independently, think creatively, problem-solve, and manage

**Technical Skills**:

- Experience within the Asana Project Management platform or equivalent
- Capable of handling complex projects and campaigns
- Solid understanding of agency and client relationships
- Experience with marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday Onsite from 7am to 4pm
- 35k - 45k
