**Main Purpose**
PepsiCo’s Global Business Services (GBS) organization has been established to provide efficient and effective services to PepsiCo’ businesses globally, for all sectors, with a great user experience. To enable this purpose, GBS is looking for a Change Manager with deep change expertise and proven experienced in leading large and complex end-to-end transformational projects. This role will work with key senior stakeholders focused on developing, managing, and executing transformational activities.

**Accountabilities**
- Leveraging established Change Management methodologies and tools to drive the GBS strategic agenda supporting implementation, execution, and adoption of new ways of working.
- Partnering with the GBS Communication & PMO teams to oversee their strategies while coordinating with key stakeholders to execute them appropriately.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the organization
- Influencing senior stakeholders across the organization to achieve the GBS strategic agenda
- Managing all necessary change management deliverables, including but not limited to: Stakeholder Mapping, Change Plans, Leadership Alignment, Change Impact Assessment, Change Communications, Training, Change Agent Network and Value Realization, among others.
- Successfully translating theoretical approaches, past experiences and business needs into practical plans and manage / ensure the successful end to end delivery
- Building change capability across GBS, providing Change Management training to functional teams and key stakeholders who are unfamiliar with the Change Management principles, framework and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably MA/MS in Org Development and Leadership or another related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR/OMD industry experience or human capital consulting experience with strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation
- Be fluent in English both written and spoken
- Proven exceptional storytelling and/or presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items
- Strong consultative and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work through organizational complexity
- Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytic skills
- Prosci/ ACMP Certified
