**Responsibilities**:
**GBS Finance Associate Manager (VR Digital Factory and in-hub productivity)**

**Main Purpose**

As GBS continues growing and Value / Productivity starts moving from Sector driven Labor Arbitrage productivity to in-hub and digital factory value and productivity, GBS Finance Manager will be responsible for supporting the financial agenda for the digital factory (including budget management) and tracking value and productivity by partnering with hub finance and digital factory leadership, while providing the correct insight to the rest of the FP&A team to continue supporting the $750MM commitment.

**Accountabilities**

Functional Responsibilities
- Work with GBS Process Excellence and Digital Factory teams to develop and communicate a Value Realization Framework, including governance and guidance for calculating and tracking value realization across GBS.
- Manage Digital Factory’s budget, both core and non-core and communicate according to the financial planning calendars to GBS FP&A team (closing, forecast, AOP) and ensure proper internal controls
- Create a project plan with specific tasks, roles, and timelines to implement the GBS Value Realization tracking process and tools.
- On a day to day, ensure GBS Productivity compliance, meeting PepsiCo’s broader Productivity framework.
- Lead consolidation and analysis of GBS’ Automation Plan, Forecast and Actuals; including insightful commentary on variances and business performance and cause of change analysis.
- Ensure alignment and communication between Digital Factory and Sector’s P&L according to the planning processes (closing, forecast, AOP)
- Engage with GBS’ Global Functional Leads as needed to track automation/efficiency and communicate results.
- Develop presentations/dashboards to communicate Value Realization / Automation results.
- Become a key Business Partner to provide financial guidance to the Value Realization framework and Digital Factory teams.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in finance and planning
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in commerce/business administration / economic with high level of Finance & Accounting Experience
- Strong technical knowledge of excel
- Experience in reporting and planning processes
- Strong financial & analytical acumen
- Fluent in English language
- Financial business cases and financial modelling experience
- Able to work independently and takes initiative
- Capable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
- Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience
- Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
