Position Summary:
Integrar y manejar sistemas de procesamiento electrónico de datos de alta complejidad, para lo cual, considera las existencias y las necesidades de equipo, los requerimientos del usuario y la estructura de la información a procesar. Además, es parte integral de proyectos especiales para dar soporte a operaciones y las diferentes áreas de la compañía.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Cotizar y controlar trabajos de contratistas para el área de sistemas de información.
- Mantener comunicación constante con departamento de Sistemas Corporativo para realizar mantenimiento y actualización de servidores y sistemas de información.
- Comprar hardware y software del área de sistemas de información.
- Detectar necesidades, oportunidades de mejorar o facilitar algún proceso tanto administrativo como productivo.
- Solicitar cuentas o accesos a los sistemas ERP de la compañía.
- Arreglar impresiones o impresoras que no funcionan.
- Mover computadoras, impresoras o teléfonos de lugar.
- Crear nuevas cuentas de red/correo electrónico.
- Habilitar cuentas de red/correo electrónico bloqueadas.
- Respaldo de servidores.
- Monitorear actualizaciones a servidores y sistemas operativos, así como aplicaciones administrativas.
- Configurar equipo para utilizarlos en producción.
- Monitorear sistemas antivirus en servidores y PC’s.
- Monitorear posibles errores en servidores y dar seguimiento.
- Requerir insumos para el departamento, incluyendo teléfonos.
- Establecer contacto con proveedores, en caso de reemplazo de componentes de Hardware/Software en servidores.
- Mantener funcionando los sistemas de la planta.
- Resolver problemas de hardware y software, que se encuentren en un nível más alto de la experiência del personal que los utiliza.

Position Requirements:
**EXPERIENCE**:

- 6 a 8 años en áreas similares.
- SAP Basico, conocimiento amplio en redes y telecomunicaciones. Manejo de programas de computación Microsoft.

**LANGUAGES**: 100% bilingüe español - inglés fluido, hablado y escrito preferentemente.
