- Validation of requested billing adjustments.
- Resolve discrepancies on invoices by using critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Assist the B2C and billing teams in MEC activities.
- Ensure in-scope billing activities are supported on a daily basis.
- Provide good customer service through verbal and written communication.

**Qualifications**
- ADVANCED ENGLISH
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C, billing or collections experience.
- Ability and aptitude for learning new concepts.
- Oracle (desirable)
