**Job Summary**:
Interested in facility equipment, actively learning to troubleshoot facility failures, responsible for drafting facility related standard documents, determining, implementing, and accepting factory improvement projects, energy consumption control, and equipment maintenance management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect and analyze nitrogen, electricity, and water usage data, and report energy consumption analysis to the Suzhou facility manager.
- Manage the procurement of department spare parts.
- Develop and implement the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance plans for the factory’s HVAC, water, electricity, and gas systems.
- Supervise the daily operation of HVAC systems to ensure high efficiency and stability, promptly resolving any issues.
- Oversee factory renovation and maintenance projects, assisting in their implementation and acceptance.
- Maintain and manage factory-related equipment, creating regular maintenance schedules.
- Other facility-related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering & Automation or HVAC Engineering.

**Experience**: Prior work experience in a similar role is preferred at least 3 years

**Other Requirements**: Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

**Work Conditions**:
Workplace: Office & Production Workshop
Work Hours: According to company regulations
Environment: Must be able to adapt to factory conditions

**Requirements and skills**:

- Familiar with HVAC systems and water, electricity, and gas equipment operation and maintenance.
- Able to communicate fluently in English is mandatory
- With over three years of experience in the ehs of manufacturing industry;
- Familiar with the SAP system;

- Monthly salary from $26,000 to $32,000 MXN
