**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate interviews and conduct initial screenings
- Improve and streamline hiring and onboarding workflows
- Track progress and ensure consistent documentation

- Share updates in team syncs and support junior colleagues
- Manage access requests and onboarding docs
- Oversee background checks and ensure system accuracy

**Requirements**:
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

**Experience**
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or similar roles
- Experience working with U.S.based hiring practices is a strong plus

- Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- HRIS platforms
- Nice to have:
