TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo.
The Global Accounts Team will deliver revenue by organizing around key global accounts currently working with TikTok. The team will design and weave a global network to drive scaled revenue opportunities, internal knowledge centers, and cross-market / cross-functional collaboration to act as One Team in service of and in collaboration with our key Global Advertisers.
1. Coordinate & execute established global account strategy to empower local (country) markets both internally & externally.
2. Manage and track global investments & projects; identify both gaps and opportunities across regions and brands to optimize approach.
3. Partner with various cross-functional teams (including Consumer, Content, Product, and Revenue teams) to organize and implement complex global projects.
**4. Act as an internal client advocate and knowledge center**: forecast marketing beats and content launches, anticipate KPIs and identify opportunities for growth.
5. Enable thought leadership for Global Account/Vertical; guide best practices across creative, ad products, and measurement.
6. Follow and share Global Account trends, news, insights, and nuances to steward internal education across regions.
7. Communicate with a clear & candid approach, effectively driving value for cross-functional and local partners.
8. Garner internal & market feedback to improve global account coordination and inform future processes.
1. 4 plus years experience in project management, managing budgets, and media campaigns
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally
4. Proven experience working in digital media and digital advertising
**5. Comfortable working in a startup culture**: Demonstrates flexibility and is quick to adapt to changes
6. English and Spanish proficiency is a must.
