Y mucho más.Ven a romper barreras con nosotros.El segmento de Tecnologías de pantallas de Corning fabrica sustratos de vidrio para pantallas de cristal líquido con matriz activa ("LCD") que se utilizan principalmente en televisores LCD, computadoras portátiles y monitores de escritorio con pantalla plana.**Purpose of the Role**:**Responsibilities**:- Assist in organizing and coordinating hiring events, job fairs, and university visits.- Participate in employer branding initiatives.- Help gather and analyze recruitment data and key performance indicators (KPIs).- Collaborate with recruiters to track progress on open positions.- Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team.- Assist in managing communication with external vendors and partners (if applicable).**Education and Experience Required**:- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (final semesters preferred).**Desired Skilss**:- No prior experience required- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (preferred)- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly- Eagerness to learn and take initiative- Strong organizational and teamwork skills- Attention to detail and effective communication**Corning lo pone a USTED primero**Estamos comprometidos a apoyar sus objetivos de salud, financieros, de desarrollo profesional y de vida a medida que crece profesional y personalmente para alcanzar su máximo potencial.
