Out singular focus is to craft exceptional products with the highest levels of purity and concentrated potency.Now we’re lookin for a Supply Chain Director to join our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our organization’s end-to-end supply chain operations and sustaining our culture of open comunication ina fully remote workforce company**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement supply chainstrategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Optimizing the utilization of resources, in the major functions of the supply chain, including demand planning, procurement, warehousing and logistics through automation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency to optimize costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure alignment between demand and supply to meet customer requirements while minimizing inventory levels and lead times.
- Implement strategies to mitigate risks, drive cost savings, and ensure the availability of high-quality materials and services.
- Monitor production schedules, quality standards, and adherence to regulatory requirements to achieve on-time delivery.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence.
- Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team. Set clear goals, provide coaching and mentoring, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and disruptions within the supply chain, such as supply shortages, regulatory changes, or natural disasters.
- Implement contingency plans to ensure business continuity and minimize impact.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- English C1 level;
- Proven experience (5+ years) in senior supply chain roles, with a focus on strategic planning and operations management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and emerging trends.
- Demonstrated success in leading and transforming complex supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, as well as data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data and budgetary-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experiences with international marketplaces and Lean Methodology is a plus

What do we offer?
- 3 month period trial;
- 22+14 (for bank holidays);
- Salary range of 3,5k to 4,5k;

**Salary**: $59,790.85 - $76,873.50 per month
