About the Opportunity:
**Where you will make an impact**
- Work with internal and cross-divisional leader(s) to prioritize the enablement needs by solution and by role for each assigned COO division.
- Collaborate across Ellucian enablement functions including communications, readiness, and learning & development to align messaging and content.
- Evaluate and curate existing enablement content to improve training materials to meet desired learning outcomes and delivery readiness.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions, training delivery methods, and evaluation criteria based on inputs, objectives, and desired outcomes.
- Assist with the design, development, and evaluation of engaging, scalable learning programs and content by product and role. These programs encompass different delivery formats, including e-learning modules, web-based training, instructor-led training materials, live webinar sessions, user guides, videos, job aids, facilitator guides, slide decks, quizzes, assessments, interactive simulations, and other delivery readiness learning modalities.
- Create standardized yet customizable courses that simplify product information, access, and currency to make learning simple and drive exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist in the development of training schedules and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Leverage AI and tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Support the implementation of learning management systems (LMS) and other technology platforms to host training content.
- Create learning assessments that link directly to learning objectives and competencies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and make continuous improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Contribute to updating and documenting team processes, procedures, and templates as we design, develop, deliver, and implement our training.
- Develop processes for maintaining materials moving forward and preparing for product releases.
- Stay current with technology trends, solution updates, and best practices to ensure that training content is up-to-date and relevant.
- Actively contribute to the Ellucian product rolodex knowledge base and participate in product readiness activities to stay abreast of product enhancements and impact to training deliverables.
- Provide thought leadership to further develop and maintain Enablement templates, processes, and programs.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements in the delivery readiness workflow, striving to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Drive multiple projects to completion in an environment with competing deadlines.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and make data-driven improvements.
- Familiarity with product release and launch processes
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise and learning management systems (LMS).
- Proficient with Smartsheet, Confluence, Docebo, Microsoft PowerPoint, and any ERP
