**Responsibilities**: - Ensures integrity & quality in the end-to-end payroll process. - Ensures compliance, integrity & quality in the Payroll CFDI reporting through HRMS payroll system and PAC. - Follows up to employee inquiries in Service Now system. - Follow up to KPI´s. - Promotes continuous improvement. - Performance management, six team members. - Collaborates with global, regional and local teams. **Qualifications**: - 10 years of experience in end-to-end Payroll processes and its tax compliance. - Operational experience in a shared services environment. - Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Proficient), Word, Outlook, Power Point, Banking Platforms. Knowledge of Oracle HRMS Payroll and Workday is a plus. - Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish. - Critical thinking, detail oriented and analytical skills. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure. - Excellent prioritization skills and time management - Able to identify areas of improvement in established and new processes. - Ability to research and solve complex day-to-day situations. - Good communication skills to ensure a flawless operation with peers and leaders. - Flexibility to work additional hours outside of normal schedule when required. - Skills: Leadership, Teamwork, Innovation, Manage complexity, Self-development. **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree preferably with a concentration in Business, Finance or Accounting. - Experiência en impuestos de nómina, impuestos estatales, seguridad social, infonavit, fonacot. - Atención a auditoriás internas y externas. - Conciliación ISR vs CFDi - Manejo de excel avanzado. - Nómina in house y nómina con vendors. - Manejo de equipos de trabajo, liderazgo de equipos. - Enfoque a resultados. - Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión. - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Services - **Job Family**: Payroll - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
