_**Important metal-mechanic company, is starting its plant in Apodaca, looking for a Quality Engineer.**_

**OBJECTIVE**:
Ensure and guarantee all product processes under the quality standards, norms and policies established by the organization and certifications.

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Innovate, develop, implement and evaluate strategies for continuous improvement and at the same time, guarantee the efficiency in the finished product throughout leadership, responsibility and optimal management of company sources.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Ensure, implement and monitoring customer requirements.
- Supervise quality operation in product processes.
- Developing plans and tools that are used to implement or support global quality systems or related process (APQP, PPAP, quality certifications, etc.).
- Support and integrated 5S/Lean Manufacturing Practices with quality certification system through standardization and documentation.
- Create corrective action reports (8D).
- Execute quality assessment process for problem solving.
- Monitoring and implementation of corrective actions as well as preventive actions.
- Performs layered audits (LPA's).

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- A bachelor’s degree in related field.
- English (business level).
- Metal-mechanic or automotive turn.
- 3-5 years of experience

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Verifiable experience in Core Tools, LPA Layered Process Audits, planning, organization, control with an excellent understanding of quality management practices or equivalent experience. Prior experience working in a heavy duty machine manufacturing industry. Cooperation and influence skills to work with all levels of employees and customers, especially with leadership management employees.
