We are looking for our next **IT Support Engineer - System Administrator** at Mexico City.

**Main responsibilities of our System Administrator**:

- Performing installations, configuring, maintenance, and repairs of all hardware/software technologies.
- Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees on-site and remote within SLA, or within a timely manner.
- Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts.
- Performing regular security tests and security monitoring.
- Manages accurate and proper records of Company’ hardware and software assets.
- Maintaining networks and network file systems
- Contributes to the improvement and enhancement of day-to-day processes and procedures.
- Collaborates with global IT teams on 2nd level/out-of-scope issues.
- Manages suppliers for the repair, replacement, and maintenance of hardware, software, and technology services.
- Might be assigned to specific projects that contributes with IT performance of Mexican branch.

**What do we need from you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field; OR a combination of work experience and education equivalent to a 4-year college degree in a technology related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience in IT support & systems administration. Experience within BPO’s, Contact Center, Call-Center environments can give you a boost in hiring process.
- Knowledge in SQL, Windows Server.
- Knowledge in Networking, Switches, Routers, CCTV and SIP maintenance.
- Office365, Google Cloud, Apple OS/iOS, TeamViewer, Anydesk, Zendesk or similar.
- Advanced English level (will be supervised and with constant communication with global teams)

**Our offer is**:

- Monthly Salary up to 20k gross a 30k gross
- By-law benefits: IMSS, Aguinaldo 15 days, 25% Vacation Bonus, By-law vacation periods.
- Work schedule: Mond-Sat, 8am-5pm.
- Location: Polanco
