As a SENIOR COATINGS FORMULATOR, you will, develop packaging coating formulations, ensuring product through Quality and Cost.

Comply with the processes established for operating the Technical Laboratory and solve technical and quality problems throughout the supply chain, supporting the launch of new products in the customer's line and the production process to ensure product performance in the testing and commercialization phase.

You will report to the Packaging Technical Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop coating formulations for the Packaging department.
- Adapt coating formulations to improve product performance on customer lines.
- Improve formulations to maintain a high level of performance of formulations approved for manufacturing.
- Propose alternatives for formulation cost reduction.
- Manage the activities under your charge to ensure the operation of the area with high levels of efficiency in the launching of new products in the line of our customers.
- To guarantee a quick response to quality problems in the customer's line or in production.

**Qualifications**
- + 4 years of experience in research and development in Packaging Coatings.
- Fluent English.
- Quality tools.
- Knowledge of the physical-chemical characteristics of Solvents, Resins, Pigments and Additives used in the formulation of coatings.
