**_This position will report to the HR & Recruitment Manager and is responsible for the recruitment efforts for various positions. _**

**_The Recruitment Specialist will be a multi-tasker, effective project manager, and work within set deadlines._**

**_In essence, this position will be responsible, along the rest of the recruitment team, for recruiting for all operational and executive level positions; this position will also be accountable for assisting in updating recruitment metrics and will assist in developing and implementing the recruitment and talent strategies that support the short and long-term business needs and objectives._**

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Post open roles across all active platforms and screening resumes.
- Assist in tracking and reporting multiple job portals. (Facebook, Craigslist, Talenteca etc.)
- Stay up to date on all company policies.
- Serve as a liaison with current employees for HR activities.
- Cover Front desk when needed.
- Judging applicants based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics
- Reaching out to a number of applicants large enough to guarantee a more than satisfactory hire after interviewing
