**Marketing Manager**:
**Full-time (40-Hours Per Week), Remote (LatAm)**

This role is focused on brand building, campaign planning, and managing the launch of new product categories for an innovative and fast-paced company in the health and wellness industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Brand Management**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, digital, design, HR) and agencies to execute rebranding campaigns, enhance brand value, and drive in-market execution.
- ** Innovation Strategy**: Work closely with the innovation team to develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies for new product categories, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
- ** Campaign Management**: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition and retention, ensuring consistency in messaging.
- ** Budget Oversight**: Lead the marketing budget planning process, manage the allocated budget, and provide regular performance updates.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with sales teams to support product launches and deliver seamless execution of campaigns across all touchpoints.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- 5-8 years of experience in CPG or Retail marketing, with expertise in innovation strategy and commercialization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience in campaign development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
