**Description**

**A Day In The Life Could Include**:

- Designing and developing solutions in SAP CRM/TPM
- Supporting the current TPM solution, upgrades, enhancements, and future projects
- Troubleshooting customer reported issues and assisting users with day to day production support
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements; Translating requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Creating and maintaining functional specifications, configuration documents, and other documentation
- Developing and executing test plans including unit and integration testing and coordination of user testing
- Analyzing problems to provide solution alternatives and recommendations; Providing SME expertise as needed
- Performing root cause and impact analysis, documentation and training
- Working collaboratively with an extended team of functional and technical resources

**What You Will Need To Bring With You**:

- Bachelor’s degree in technology related field
- Experience in delivering SAP CRM/TPM Solutions with at least two implementations
- Should have SAP CRM background with hands on experience configuring Trade Funds (TFM), Trade Promotions (TPM) & Trade Claims (TCM)
- Experience in configuring data mapping between CRM and ECC/S4 for condition types and general understanding of pricing
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking and innovation

**What Will Put You Ahead**:

- CBP experience
- Account Planning process knowledge
- SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori experience
- SAP ABAP debugging experience
