Our employees thrive here by living our values: we support each other as we strive to find a better way, we move fast with discipline and purpose, and we do the right thing always.Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Trade Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Trade Analyst Manager the Trade Analyst role involvesIn charge of Global Trade Compliance activities including training, upholding policies, regulatory tracking, and ensuring that industry best practices are implemented in conjunction with established Flex compliance procedures.What a typical day looks like:- Basic comprehension of import/export laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.- Holds up for development and delivery of Trade Compliance policy framework, procedures, and process.- Conduct effective transactional review and audit of all imports/export records. Consolidate, research, and evaluates issues and provide recommendations for correction.- Partner and manage the integration of new business or mergers and acquisitions.- Establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external partners including operations, purchasing, logistics, material planning, transportation vendors, etc.- Assist with investigations and assessments, help track and deliver corrective actions to address findings and recommendations and ensure timely completion.- Administer audit/assessment results.- Make use of IT Solutions and communication platforms to holds up Trade Compliance programs.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.- Experience Jr or Mid in a similar position.- Advanced English.- Trading and free trade agreements experience or knowledge.- IMMEX Knowledge.- Customs Laws.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary- Life & Medical insurance- Christmas Bonus- Food Coupons- Saving Fund.- Life InsuranceKJ12Job CategoryLegal**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:.
