Estamos en búsqueda de IT Communication Specialist,

Principales responsabilidades:

- Escribir, editar y desarrollar de forma atractiva y visual comunicaciones atractivas en apoyo de proyectos dirigidos a colegas de negocios utilizando un lenguaje simple y sucinto para crear mensajes de alta dirección, puntos de discusión, artículos de noticias, publicaciones cortas, guiones de video y subtítulos de carteles / pancartas.
- Proporcionar servicios de comunicación oportunos y de valor agregado (derechos de autor) a otros equipos de TI, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con el departamento de comunicaciones corporativas para alinear el enfoque para la implementación
- Crear, ejecutar y garantizar la entrega oportuna de comunicaciones para la tecnología implementaciones en toda la empresa
- Revisa cada texto que pasa por ti mientras perfeccionas el estilo y la ortografía.
- Asegúrate de que todos los entregables de comunicación estén alineados con las pautas de marca, el formato, antes de la entrega
- Desarrollar y diseñar estrategias de comunicación
- Trabajar con diseñadores gráficos según sea necesario
- Trabajar con los equipos de Comunicaciones Corporativas y Recursos Humanos para alinearte con las estrategias de comunicación globales
- Liderar los eventos del área, como webcasts y reuniones públicas, en estrecha colaboración con nuestros equipo de liderazgo

Requerimientos:

- Híbrido en Monterrey.
- Fluidez en inglés.
- Excelentes habilidades de redacción, edición y corrección, tanto en inglés como en español.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de redes.
- Sólidas habilidades técnicas, incluyendo Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams y SharePoint.
- Buenas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas y Storytelling.
- Experiência en el apoyo a los esfuerzos de gestión del cambio organizacional dentro del departamento de TI, incluido el desarrollo de estrategias y planes de comunicación de gestión del cambio.
