**What we expect from you**:

- Salesforce administrator with 3+ years of experience;
- experienced with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud;
- experienced in implementing main declarative automations like workflows, process builders, flows, approvals, etc;
- experienced in customize standard and custom objects including fields (including formula fields), page layouts, and validation rules;
- manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and groups;
- experienced in implementing and running installed packages and/or connected apps;
- able to communicate with non-technical people on customer's side to translate their needs into a solution;
- an upper-intermediate level of English is required, advanced preferably;
- good English communication skills.

**It would be a plus to have**:

- Pardot or Marketing cloud knowledge;
- a Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder;
- experience of working with CI\CD tools.
