Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Evaluación, implementación y mejora de sistemas informáticos.
- Soporte y resolución de incidentes técnicos
- Monitoreo del desempeño de sistemas y aplicaciones.
- Gestión y análisis de datos para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
- Documentación de procesos, sistemas y procedimientos de IT.
- Coordinación con equipos internos y proveedores externos.
- Cumplimiento de políticas de seguridad de la información y estándares de IT.

Experiência y requisitos
- Licenciatura concluida
- 2-3 años de experiência previa brindando soporte de infraestructura de TI
- Sólidos conocimientos del sistema operativo Windows, componentes de hardware y redes básicas.
- Experiência con sistemas de tickets y herramientas de gestión de activos de TI
