The Quality Intern will support the Quality Assurance team by assisting with inspections, data collection, documentation, and analysis to ensure products meet company and customer standards. They will help monitor processes, participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions, and contribute to maintaining compliance with quality management systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining quality control processes and documentation.
- Support the inspection of materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for non-conforming products or processes.
- Help maintain ISO and other quality management system documentation.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Assist in data collection, statistical analysis, and reporting of quality metrics.
- Support internal audits and customer audits as required.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at all times.
