The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.Enter Responsibilities/Essential Duties - Applies a variety of techniques, practices and procedures within their area of specialization that allows problem solving and analytical skills within projects. - Compose SOP's, visual aids, WIN's. - Make improvement activities to production systems, such as line efficiencies, improve quality indicators. - Must ensure compliance with all regulations and internal policies Haemonetics in health, safety and environmental. - Participate in process transfer projects. - May participate in Process Validation, Product, and Machinery etc. - Performs analysis methods and times for processes, materials analysis performed under the coordination of the project leader, etc.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATIONEducation LevelEducation DetailsRequired/Preferred Bachelor's Degree At least seven semesters completed in any branch of specific course of study related to career.
