Plan, direct and monitor all activities in the warehouse. Develop and manage warehouse operations to effectively control the receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of products, systems, and services to customers.

**This position reports to**:
Procurement & Logistics Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Proposes and manages the annual warehouse budget.
- Manages the warehouse staff activities to optimize resources and determines actions to cost issues as necessary.
- Continuously improves warehouse operations through the use of lean practices.
- Plans and optimizes warehouse utilization and inventory.
- Plans and monitors the storage, delivery, and dispatch of orders and keeps stock control systems up to date.
- Ensures that Group and local health, safety, and environmental guidelines and directives are implemented and understood to ensure safety of people and resources.
- Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
- Guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

**Your background**:

- A Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related field.
- Experience working in Supply chain.
- Knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- 6 years of Logistic/Warehouse area experience.
- Advanced English level.
