Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Oversee warehouse operations, managing a team of employees who receive, handle, store and dispatch products, systems and services to customers.**This position reports to**:Procurement & Logistics Team Lead**Your responsibilities**:- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet warehouse demands as dictated by production schedules and workflow. Develops and maintains departmental work instructions for all tasks.- Codes and prepares proper receipt/dispatch paperwork. Ensures maintenance of equipment and facilities.- Identifies and recommends technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.- Optimizes warehouse capacity, inventory and floor utilization. Recommends measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance.- Supervises and assists in daily warehouse and shipping areas. Ensures stock accuracy through periodic stock take and/or cycle counting. People leadership and development.- Motivates, organizes and encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity and Key Performance Indication (KPI) targets are met.- Health, safety and environment (HSE)- Maintains standards of health and safety. Ensures quality environmental objectives are met.**Your background**:- +2 years of experience working with SAP and in supply chain.- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Administration, Training in Supply Chain.- Negotiation skills and multidisciplinary teams.- Advanced Excel.- Ability to be an autonomous and independent worker.- Fluid English speaking.**More about us**:
