**What You Will Do**
- Responsible for the activities related to recruiting and hiring process of direct personnel, IDL a Salaried according to the requirements of the Company.
- Creates files for new personnel, keeps, and updates the employee file, control system.
- Conducts interviews for available non-exempt positions, handles resume response, and arranges second interviews with department heads, as appropriate. (Supporting role)
- Responsible for local Job Fairs
- Posting notices of Internal Job Postings in Talent Attraction App, in compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Conducts new-hire orientation, ensuring that appropriate paperwork is in order; follows up on any missing information; ensures all Personnel files are in compliance with Federal and State laws.
- Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database as requested.
- Additional duties as assigned by HR Manager.
**What You Need**
- Computer knowledge (Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
- Professional degree.
- 1 year of prior experience in Human Resources.
- Demands effort to analyze and diagnose.
- English
