**Responsibilities**:
Main Purpose:
- Administration of the wellness and benefits budget, attention to vendors, follow-up of contracts, catalogues, purchase orders and administration of the scholarship_
- trust._

Accountabilities:_**
- Administration of the wellness and benefits budget across LatAm: creation, management and monitoring of quotes, ensuring the correct management of the annual budget
- Attention and follow up to vendors focused on the wellness and Benefits agenda
- Follow-up of bidding processes and contracts with vendors and intern procurement and legal teams
- Follow-up to creation of products and services catalogues with the procurement team and vendors
- Administration of the scholarship trust fund
Qualifications:
Experience required:
- BSc on finance or economics
- At least 1 year of experience on budget management
- Extensive Excel Microsoft office, SAP and Ariva usage
- Portuguese as added value
