Nos encontramos en búsqueda de**:Supervisor Service Desk**

Conocimientos
- Experiência mínima de 3 años como Supervisor de Service Desk
- Manejo de Bases de Datos SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL o cualquier otra BD relacional)
- Metodología ITIL (básica)
- Conocimiento en herramientas de levantamiento de tickets como: Maximo, Jira y/o Sevice Now
- Deseable: Cobit, Togaf, FreshDesk
Funciones
- Garantizar la operación continúa de la Mesa de ayuda (o mesa de servicios) para que resuelva los requerimientos de cada cliente.
- Definir procesos de atención de tickets y seguimiento, acorde con el diseño de cada servicio. Implementar dichos procesos en las herramientas disponibles.
- Configurar la herramienta ITSM para service desk, acorde con las necesidades de clientes e internas, y acorde con el diseño de cada servicio.
