Amazon Business is a USD25B+ business spanning 10 countries (US, Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, Canada, India, and Mexico). Amazon Business (amazon.in/business) launched in Mexico in March 2024 with the vision to be the destination for all businesses in Mexico to find, discover and buy for all their business needs, and it is still day 1 for us. Amazon Business represents an incredible opportunity to address a vast new market segment and customer base and is an area of high interest for Amazon. We are focused on building solutions that enable the B2B customer to find, research, and buy products and services from a vast selection, across multiple devices, marketplaces and regions. Our customers include individual professionals, small businesses to large institutions (and everything in between). Our business customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customer and we are reinventing everything from how we display our selection, price our products, and provide the right customer experience.
Payments is a critical need for businesses, and we are searching for a Program Manager to address our customers’ payment needs. We are looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and a self-starter person with a passion for independent problem-solving, proven data analysis skills, and have strengths in stakeholder management and invent and simplify. Key job responsibilities is to drive B2B payment programs programs to drive efficiency and growth for overall category.

Key job responsibilities
This new role will be focused on growing the Amazon Business sales through strategic partnerships. This is a business development and partnership role to drive compelling benefits to our business customers.

The position is located in Mexico City.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Ownership & tenacity: Strong bias for action and ability to define requirements and execute despite resource constraints. Strong proficiency in business intelligence platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools is essential, along with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, and business recommendation
