Defines, establishes and documents the processes in compliance with the requirements of the quality system and requirements. Defines inspection and sampling methods, Participates in the risk assessment of the product and process, complying with all safety and quality requirements/regulations.
- Audit production processes in accordance with Internal procedures
- Maintain and update the PCP (Control Plan), RIN (Inspection Record), LPA (First Article Release), etc. in accordance with the requirements of the PFMEA
- Participate in the review of the parts provided for SCRAP
- Prepare and present reports on the quality results of the lines in your charge
- Participate in TIER meetings
- Participate in conferences with clients that correspond to their production lines
- Create the PCP, RIN, and other required control documents based on the PFMEA
- Participates in the generation and modification of the PFMEA
- Review and prepare all processes to receive client audits, external audits, etc.
