**Logistics & Customs Compliance Coordinator**

**Requeriments**
- Bachelor’s Degree required (or equivalent work experience)
- Power user of MS Excel and Proficient with MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ERP modules (Manufacturing suite)
- Microsoft Office skills required with strong Excel skills

**Responsibilities**
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements, CTPAT
- Assign tariff classifications
- Responsible if required for ISF/EEI filings related to import/export compliance.
- Understand and submit customs drawback
- Maintains appropriate records of qualification for various trade agreements.
- Manage customs broker invoices
- Maintain data base related to commodity classifications in the internal system
- Maintain and manage INV controls for FG & Raw materials to compliance for customs reconciliation
- Manage licenses and approvals from U.S. and foreign regulatory agencies as to exports and imports
- Review product descriptions and technical data to determine import/export classification in accordance with the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and Commerce Control List (CCL).
- Classify goods shipped abroad using Schedule B tariff codes; determine if the commodity has EAR99 or ECCN
