**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a resourceful and reliable **International Logistics Coordinator** with expertise in ocean freight operations. This role plays a key part in supporting our global logistics activities by managing ocean shipments, coordinating cross-border documentation, and ensuring timely communication with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Ocean Freight Execution**:

- Coordinate and monitor international ocean shipments (FCL & LCL).
- Interface with freight forwarders, ocean carriers, customs brokers, and supply chain stakeholders.

**Cross-functional Communication**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for shipment status and issue resolution.
- Escalate potential disruptions or delays to the Senior Ocean Specialist and related departments.

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- Prepare and audit international shipping documents in compliance with Incoterms and trade regulations.
- Ensure documentation accuracy to support customs clearance and delivery.

**Tracking & Reporting**:

- Track ocean shipments using carrier and forwarder platforms.
- Support reporting on shipping KPIs and performance of logistics partners.

**Process Support**:

- Assist with logistics-related projects and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (planning, procurement, warehouse) to align logistics priorities.

Experiência y requisitos

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in international logistics or freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of ocean freight processes, documentation, and basic Incoterms.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics tracking systems (preferred).

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in global trade compliance or customs processes.
- Exposure to logistics tech platforms or ERP systems.
