- Asegura el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de IATF 16949, ISO 14001, requisitos específicos de cliente, procedimientos de Webasto y otras normas aplicables.
- Responsable de las verificaciones en proceso descritas en el Plan de Control.
- Liderea la solución de problemas para los reclamos de cliente y documentarla en 8D´s.
- Mantiene la documentación actualizada relacionada a los Planes de Control (Hojas de Inspección en Proceso, Validación de Primera pieza).
- Responsable de realizar las actividades pertinentes derivados de un cambio de ingeniería PECR ( Process Engineering Change Request).
- Responsable de paquete PPAP de producto terminado (Coordinación y Emisión).
- Proporciona la certificación inicial incluyendo estudios de repetibilidad y reproducibilidad para dispositivos de medición y equipos nuevos en conjunto con Responsable de Metrología.
- Atienden las auditorías internas, externas de IATF 16949 y/o VDA 6.3.
- Da cumplimiento a la Política de Calidad de la compañía.
- Dar cumplimiento a la Política de Seguridad y medio ambiente de la compañía.
- Participar en el Sistema WPS.
