**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential

functions. (These examples do not include all of the functions which the employee may be

expected to perform.)

Fixed Assets Monitoring.

Ensure the correct execution of the Fixed Assets process.

Validate fixed assets vs. physical transfer formats.

Check that the assets transferred by the plants match what arrives physically.

Reconciliation by line of Internal Orders.

Reconcile with Engineers, that each charge made in the Project corresponds to what was

requested and reclassify what is not appropriate.

Verify that the actuals and committed balances are affecting the correct internal orders.

Validate with the Engineers that they have an internal order for each asset.

Classify, prepare and document Additions of Fixed Assets.

Validate that each reconciled asset meets the criteria of a Fixed Asset

Prepare format and documentation the requests for Additions of fixed assets.

Identification and tagging of Fixed Assets.

Identify the location of each Asset so that it can be tagged.

Keep a record of what was tagged.

Fixed Asset Report.

Update monitoring report to the different projects.

Other duties and projects as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND KSA’S FOR EMPLOYMENT**:
An employee in this position, upon appointment, should have the equivalent of the following:
B.S or current student of Finance, Business, Accounting or Management.

Basic knowledge of computer use and software such as, Word, Excel and SAP.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Basic knowledge of database management of financial information.

Basic knowledge of the fixed assets process

Skill in establishing and maintaining effective work relationships.

Ability to analyze available financial information to draw sound and reasonable conclusions from

that information.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $16,000.00 per month
