Quality Plant Engineering Leader

**Deliverables**:
Do vehicle issue diagnosis and root cause analysis
Ensure that his team carries out the pre-analysis activities on time
Do risk assessments and lead corrective action plans
Guarantee the product - process maturity of the components of his perimeter management of serial life (windows change management).
Propose alternative product solution in case of issues (as shortage) to avoid to stop mass production in the plant
Participate in Quality ENG tech clubs.
Implementation of good idea and standards (Read Across)
Ensure that the skills of his team is at the right level
Ensure the management activities of his team (daily management control meeting)
Ensure that his team is working in safety
Lead quality KPI management to achieve quality objectives, driving improvement/corrective actions and escalation
Resolution of systemic/chronic or major quality issues (Top Warranty, Recalls,)
Technical support Yard Holds / Product Related Issues (PRI’s) technical referent inside the PRI.
Set-up / On-going Controls for Process / product Standards for Vehicle & System Functional Objectives (i.e. ADAS, BSR, FEA)
Bachelor's degree or higher in the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering Technology from an accredited university (other technical degrees, in combination with relevant experience may be considered)
Minimum of 8 years of related plant and quality experience
Previous experience in Product Engineering Department, Vehicle/mechanic Plant or Project team
Ability to lead an Engineering team to deliver product changes and launches on time
Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal from High Level Meetings down to the Shop Floor
Ability to work off shift hours as necessary
Self-motivated and directed
Ability to thrive in a high intensity environment while working on multiple projects
Rigorous and pragmatic

Preferred Requirements
Masters Degree
Green Belt or Black Belt certification
