- Job Description
- Principal Accountabilities- The major functions of the Change Coordinator I include:
- Ensuring data integrity, release, and maintenance of product structures for assigned product lines including NPI and Sustaining designs.
- The review and audit of submitted designs and related documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency between databases as well as compliance with company and department policies and procedures. Tasks include, but are not limited to, the registration of release history, and the maintenance of product data management systems.
- Participates in internal and cross-functional Rapid Improvement and 6 Sigma Projects. Develops and contributes improvement ideas to continually improve the quality of change control and documentation management, as well as the simplification of associated business processes.
- Participates with system and process training for organizations impacted by Change Management.
- Minimum Qualifications- Bachelors Degree (new grad)
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Knowledge of Product Data Management systems and change management processes including the release of drawings, parts, and documents
- Experience using Microsoft suite programs including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, etc
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to exercise discretion when balancing technical and business risk
- Must have the ability to interpret, and accurately communicate, the intent of all changes
- Knowledge of 6 Sigma, LEAN, AGILE or other process improvement methodology
- Speak, Read and write in English
- Visa is required
- Additional preferred qualification- Good foundational understanding of design and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- General Solar product and structure knowledge
- Working knowledge of Arbortext
- Past web design experience working with Dreamweaver and HTML
- 3 year’s experience
