Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating the preventive and corrective maintenance activities carried out on the equipment and forklifts of the facilities of the plant, as well as the verification of the requirements, the administration and the use of the spare parts. - Supervise forklifts, batteries, plant technicians and evaluate their performance. - Manage the preventive and corrective maintenance system. - Develop and maintain a Max-min spare parts system to have adequate inventory quantities of spare parts needed for equipment and machinery. - Coordinate the service of repairs and maintenance of equipment for plant and forklift facilities. - Establish a training plan for technicians. - Effective communication within the departments. - Fast and effective resolution of problems in the operation. - Coordinate and organize the development and implementation of projects. - Responsible for following Medline codes of conduct, regulations and policies. - Other responsibilities that could be assigned in the quality system procedures.

Experiência y requisitos
- Degree in electronic engineering, mechatronics, mechanics, electromechanics or equivalent. - 5+ years of experience in equipment corrective installations and preventive maintenance. - 1+ years in supervision of installation maintenance technicians. - Experience working in an environment regulated by FDA / ISO 13485, desirable. - Microsoft office. - Analysis of the root cause. - GMPS. - Knowledge of FDA and IS0 13485 desirable. - Disciplined and organized. - Decision making. - Able to manage multiple projects. - Leadership. - Availability of schedules.
