Job ID: 24253- Location: Silao, MX- Prepare periodic audits within the departments of Vitesco Technologies mexican locations. > Analyze and improve if necessary manuals and policies for the proper operation and care of resources. > Reviewing controls reporting of the 8th Directive quaterly. - Coordinate the information corresponding to Risk Management, uploading the information support to the GRC tool. > Upload the 8th directive audit into GRC tool quaterly - Attend internal audits and preparing reports on the reviews carried out in the areas that make up the Vitesco Finance Center México. > Perform monitoring and tracking the progress of the recomendation made it by Corporate Audit. > Coordinate the documentation and / or updating of charts and manual processes. > Facilitate the identification of processes and evaluate the processes with their indicators and measurements. - Identify areas of opportunity and risks and adress solutions to mitigate those risks. > Test the financial,administrative and operational data and procedures to measure it is reliable, accurAte and efficient. > Follow up action plans to ensure compliance with the goals. > Perform monitoring and tracking the progress of the goals. > Ensure that employees complies with policies, procedures and regulations Vitesco Technologies is a leading international developer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art powertrain technologies for sustainable mobility.
