You will participate in and engage in multi-disciplined supply chain and inventory focused project teams that support the organization's business strategies with a direct impact on business unit/function/site overall results.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Weekly Buy Management
- OTB Management for assigned suppliers
- Engage with key stakeholders to create consensus demand plans
- Collaborate with supplier partners on supply constraint and order management
- Analyze weekly in-stock and fill rate reporting to identify gap closure opportunities
- Support Promotional activity through proper demand/inventory planning
- Excess Inventory Management via collaborative planning with Suppliers and Category Managers
- Perform administrative functions supporting Senior Demand Planner Participate in special projects as assigned

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 2 years related experience in inventory planning and analysis required
- Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Must be a strategic thinker, persuasive and collaborative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Must be agile with ability to thrive in a highly dynamic fast paced environment
