**ACTIVITIES:
- **Provision, configure, and maintain Oracle Cloud databases, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.**:

- **Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.**:

- **Implement and maintain database backups, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery plans.**:

- **Plan and execute database migrations and upgrades.**:

- **Collaborate with development teams to optimize database schema and SQL queries.**:

- **Implement and enforce database security policies and procedures.**:

- **Manage database user accounts, access controls, DB Links, Sched Jobs,**:

- **Stay current with Oracle Cloud technologies and best practices.**:

- **Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.**:

- **Document database configurations, processes, and procedures.
**REQUIREMENTS:
- **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.**:

- **Proven experience as an Oracle Database Administrator in a Cloud Environment.**:

- **Proficiency in Oracle Database technologies, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Database, Oracle RAC, and Oracle Data Guard.**:

- **Strong understanding of database performance tuning, backup and recovery, and security best practices in a cloud environment.**:

- **Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python).**:

- **Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.**:

- **Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.**:

- **Experience with Microsoft Azure
**PLUS skills (not a must, only desirable):
- **Oracle certifications e.g., Oracle Certified Professional
