**Clinical Specialist - Mexico City**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Sales Representatives to supervise and coordinate all the clinical needs involving the whole Masimo Technologies in the designated market.
- Manage respective territory issues with Sales Representatives.
- Identify both business and clinical needs and assist with the team to present our solutions portfolio.
- Assist in the continuing education, follow-up, and training needs in the designated market for our customers.
- Support Trade Shows.
- Become Masimo Technology experts.
- Great knowledge about OR environment
- Proven OR time every week as part of training
- Work with Sales Representatives to coordinate hospital installations when its needed.
- Assume responsibility in managing or assisting installation process and personnel.
- Participate in continued evaluation of new products, demonstrations and clinical trials.
- Collaborate in technical services area when it’s needed for the designated market.
- Be a role for the clinical specialists for our distributor channel and be the trainer for them.
- Present a positive/professional image reflective of Masimo Corporation.
- Be part of a multicultural team across the latam region and collaborate as one.

**Minimum Education**:

- Bachelor in biomedical engineer, Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist.

Desired Training and Experience Required:

- 2 years at least of proven experience in the field as clinical specialist or equivalent
- Experience in international company is desirable
- Exceptional communication/personal skills (written and oral).
- Advanced computer skills and understanding.
- Ability to be an integral part of an innovative, fast paced clinical and business development team.
- Independent problem solver with prior managerial/leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Fluent English.
- Based in Mexico City.
