**CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT**
Ensuring all callers are helped by transferring call to the proper department/representative according to their needs.
**100% Homeoffice**
**It is mandatory to live in the metropolitan area of Monterrey**
The company will provide the equipment necessary for the position (lap top) which will also include an extension from our phone system. The employee will need to have a reliable internet connection at home since this is home office position.
English language proficiency is required
Job Functions
1. Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
2. Identify and evaluate the needs of customers to achieve their satisfaction.
3. Generate sales opportunities that translate into new clients or cases.
4. Decision in scheduling consultations according to priorities.
5. Create sustainable relationships and trust with clients through honest and interactive communication
Sueldo base de **$15,000 libres por mes**.
- Horario: 8am-5:30 pm Lunes a Viernes y Sábados 9am a 1:00pm.
- Trabajo desde casa vía remota.
- Capacitación inicial y constante.
- Se brindan herramientas de trabajo.
