Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success? We're currently seeking a skilled Zoho CRM Specialist to join our team remotely. If you're fluent in both Spanish and English and have a knack for optimizing customer relationship management systems, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM to meet business requirements.
- Develop and implement CRM workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Train team members on effective CRM usage and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM aligns with organizational goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Zoho CRM administration and customization.
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Experience in CRM workflow design, automation, and integration.
- Ability to train and support CRM users at various skill levels.
- Proven track record of optimizing CRM systems to enhance business performance

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Zoho CRM certification or equivalent.
- Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.

**Salary**: $400 dollars per month
