Methode Electronics is looking for a highly technical, hands-on, and motivated Maintenance Manager responsible for all the integrity and quality of the components manufactured throughout the entire value chain from the point of production to the end customer for the North American Automotive Division. This position supports all departments in our Monterrey area plant with the following responsibilities and qualifications:
Position Responsibilities:
- Schedule preventive maintenance and follow up with the maintenance team.- Follow up on reports of problems that could affect personnel and/or equipment.- Follow-up of all corrective maintenance orders for equipment.- Follow-up of preventive maintenance according to the calendar of the equipment and facilities.- Establish housekeeping activities and order in the maintenance area.- Establish and maintain continuous improvements for the equipment and building maintenance system, so that it is the most optimal.- Make good use of the measuring equipment and the tool that is required for maintenance.- Keep the hand tool in good condition and report it in case of wear or damage.
Required Qualifications:
- Wide and demonstrable technical and strategic knowledge as Maintenance Manager. - At least 5 years of experience.- Highly motivated, that understand Plastic Inyection Process.- Solid command of English, or above (can communicate in English).
